The best way to avoid this issue is to completely remove the driver by manually.
You can follow the step to complete remove the driver.
1.Click Start, type Device Manager, and press Enter.
2.Find and double-click the category of “Eltima USB Stub“, in software it will be “Electronic USB Stub“.
3.Double-click the device to bring up the Properties window.
4.Click the Driver tab.
5.Click the Uninstall Device button.
6.select the Delete the driver software for this device option. When ready to complete the operation, select OK.
